Who I Am
Omobosola Karimat Alaka
Professionally known as OKAL. Born 19 October 1997 and raised in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria - a city rich in culture, resilience and storytelling.
Long before music became my profession, it was my refuge. Growing up, I learned that dreams are rarely handed to us - they are built through faith, persistence and courage.

Finding My Voice
Music people can live with
In 2014 I chose music professionally. Drawn to Afro Soul and Highlife, I built a sound rooted in honesty, vulnerability and storytelling - never just songs to dance to.
Royale Records opened wider doors through Cost A Thang, Lover Boy and Oribiruku (Bad Energy). In 2024 came State of Mind: Into the Verse; in 2026, Out of the Verse.

The Million Dollar Girl has never been about money. It is about value - choosing purpose over fear, growth over comfort, legacy over limitations.
The Million Dollar Dream is believing our biggest dreams deserve our greatest effort. That philosophy shapes my music and the life I am building.
